We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.
What We Offer
As a print-on-demand business, we cannot offer refunds. However, we can provide:
- Size Exchange: If you've ordered the wrong size, we'll replace it with the correct size
- Credit Note: For eligible returns, we'll issue a credit note to use on future orders
- Replacement: For damaged or defective items, we'll send a replacement at no cost

How to Request a Return
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll review your case and provide a solution.
Made-to-Order Notice
Because each piece is printed on demand, the garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached for us to process an exchange or credit note. Please review size charts carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit.
